1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using LeetGitSyncPro ("the extension" or "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, purchase, or use the extension.

2. License Grant & Tiers

Community Free Tier: Granted on a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and open-source portfolio syncing with LeetCode.

Pro & Lifetime Commercial Tiers: Pro licenses grant individual users commercial rights to use advanced multi-platform sync (Codeforces, GeeksforGeeks, HackerRank, InterviewBit, CodeChef, CodingNinjas), visual Big-O complexity graph generation, and DSATracker integration. Each license key is intended for use by a single individual across their personal development browsers.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Renewals

Monthly Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via our authorized payment processors (PayPal and Razorpay). Subscriptions automatically renew until explicitly cancelled by the customer.

Lifetime Licenses: Billed as a single, one-time payment providing permanent access to current and future v1.x Pro features with no recurring charges.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time without fees or penalties directly through your PayPal account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your Pro entitlement remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Community Free tier.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

LeetGitSyncPro integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, LeetCode, Codeforces, GeeksforGeeks, HackerRank, CodeChef, and DSATracker. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and rate limits. LeetGitSyncPro is an independent productivity tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GitHub, LeetCode, or any third-party platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension and related services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Garam Softwares does not warrant that third-party platform interfaces will remain unchanged or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Garam Softwares or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the extension. Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months.
